About Me!

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who don't know me, I have a very special superpower. I am autistic, but this doesn't stop me having fun as you can see.

This is a blog to remind me of all my fun adventures.

I hope you enjoy looking at it.

Chelsea Stadium Tour - 30th March 2016

Today I went on the Chelsea Football stadium tour.

Waking up the next morning after Wembley.  Still proudly wearing my scarf.

Breakfast time.

Time for a tour of Chelsea Stadium.

But I'm not a Chelsea fan!

First the museum.

Models of  the current and new stadium.

The trophies.

Not as many as Manchester United!

Testing my reaction times.

More trophies.

Jose Mourinho.

Testing my shooting  skills.

How the seats were in the old days.

Willian or William?

Part of the winning team, last years league champions.

Our first look at the pitch.  From the Matthew Harding stand.

In the press room.

Talking to the media.  Where the man of the match is given his bottle of champagne.  There are lots of dents on the wall from the corks flying out.

In the away changing rooms.

The legends have all sat here.

Johan Cruyff.

The home changing rooms.  John Terry's locker.  The one with the club logo used to be Frank Lampard's.

Everybody has their picture on their locker.

Down the players tunnel to the pitch.

The heaters are repairing the grass.

The Away bench.

Can you see the curve of the pitch?

The Home bench.

The stadium seems very small and square, compared to watching on the television.

Now at the famous Shed end (named after where the greyhounds used to be between races).  The stands are so close to the pitch now, that there is no space for a run up when players are taking a corner.

Look at the size of this shop, two floors.

This is what I bought.

A programme playing against the best team.

I told our tour guide at the end of the tour, 'I enjoyed the tour, but I will never be a Chelsea fan'!

Here's my souvenir ticket and lanyard.

Wembley - England v Netherlands - 29th March 2016

My trip to Wembley to watch an International friendly England v Netherlands.

Here's my ticket.

On the way to London we stopped at my Nanny and Grandad's house, and they took me to look at their village non league team 'Barton Rovers'.

We have arrived at Wembley.  Do you like my new scarf?

Here's my programme.

I like to collect a pin from all my England matches.  This is my third.

We went into the stadium early because it was pouring with rain.

Here's my seat.

I'm so excited, I cannot wait.

The Netherlands team are warming up.

Here come England.

The stadium is starting to filling up a bit now.  82,831 people attended tonight's match.

There's the naughty mascots who stole my hat last time!

The Netherlands supported are all very friendly and sat in the next block to us.

Still very excited!

Here are the two countries flags.

The arch is lit pink for awareness of Breast Cancer Care.

The atmosphere is building, here come the players.

Time for the National anthems.

Here I am trying my best to remember the words ;-).

1 minute silence for the people in Belgium.  It was very strange for Wembley to be so quiet. You could hear the rain on the roof.

Hooray, kick off!

Come on England!

Corner to England.

At the 14th minute, a minute of clapping to celebrate the life of Johan Cruyff.

Finally a Jamie Vardy goal, his first at Wembley.

Half time 1-0 to England.

Second half.

Goal in the back of the net from a Netherlands penalty :-(.

The final score 2-1 to the Netherlands, but a reasonable performance by England in preparation for the Euro's

Time to head back to our hotel for the night zzz.
