Bedworth Swimming Gala - Saturday 22nd November 2014

This week I have been poorly with a ear and respiratory infection.

But the doctor gave me some medicine, and said I would be ok to swim in my gala.

I fell asleep watching movies when I was poorly.  But I soon got better :-)

Here I am making a banner for my swimming gala.

Here is the finished banner.  Do you like my dolphin?  That is the nickname of my club.

Here I am in my club t-shirt waiting for the gala to start.  I was so excited.

 

Here's a video of my very first swimming race.

I am in lane 3.  All the crowd were cheering us.

I finished 2nd in this race.  But I was 4th out of 7,  when you put the times together with the first heat in my race category.

There were 5 clubs competing, Leicester Kingfishers, Coventry Phoenix, Tamworth Unicorns, Woodlands School, and Bedworth.
