On Friday night I swam 50 metres for the first time for a new certificate and badge.

Then in the early hours of Saturday morning I felt very poorly and was sick lots.

I am feeling very sorry for myself because I had to miss football training today, and I will miss a birthday party tomorrow. Hopefully I will be better soon to continue my adventures. |
