A Sunny Day Trip To London - 17 July 2016

Today we decided to take a drive to London and have an explore.

One of my favourite sights, Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament.

10 Downing Street.  If you zoom in you can see removal vans, the  new Prime Minister Theresa May is moving in.

Attention!

Five Guys lunch, yummy!

Next a walk up the Mall.

Playing my new Pokemon Go game.  You have probably heard all about it!

Checking to see if the queen is playing Pokemon Go!

Then on to Hyde Park.  The water behind me is called The Serpentine.

Time for a splash around in the  Diana Memorial fountain.

The water is a little cold!

But it's a lovely sunny day.

Lots of different areas to explore.

I found it very relaxing and it helped my sensory needs.

This part is like waves at a beach.

Time for a well deserved ice cream.

You would never believe you were in the middle of a big city here.

A play in the Diana Memorial Playground next.

Playing on the pirate ship before looking for treasure.

We finished the day with  a  ride on the Underground and some shopping in Covent Garden.

Celebrations And Awards - July 2016

Last week at school we had an end of year celebration assembly.

Each class entered along the red carpet. We celebrated our achievements with a type of Oscar ceremony.  It was great!

Here's a picture of me receiving my certificate and award.

Here's my trophy.

My certificate.

Then at my Higham Football training session, I was awarded with the man of the match trophy for trying really hard.

I am very proud.

On Thursday we had a race for life charity sports day at school.

Do you like my warrior face paint?

My medal.

I hope lots of money was raised.

I finished the week celebrating my Tiger Feet dance friend Lydia's, 10th Birthday.

She loves dancing.

Coventry City Pre-Season Friendly And Embody Dance Show - 9th July 2016

I've been really looking forward to today.

Coventry City's first pre-season friendly football match and my dance show at Bedworth Civic Hall.

Here's my programme. Nuneaton Town v Coventry City.

All ready for the match to start.

The Coventry players warmed up right in front of us.

There were lots of shots on goal.

Nuneaton had a few chances, but Coventry dominated the match.

Tony Mowbray Coventry's manager decided to change the whole starting XI at half time, fielding both young and experienced players in both halves.

The final score was 2-1 to Coventry.  I really enjoyed my first pre-season friendly.

Next to get ready for my dance show at Bedworth Civic Hall.

Here's my final information sheet.

Tickets ready.

All set to perform, with my Tiger Feet group.
We performed Jess Glynne's - hold my hand.  Everybody said we were amazing!

Watch this space for official photos and video soon.

Here are a few other things I have been enjoying over the last few weeks.

I have been training very hard with endurance swimming at my club.  I was awarded this certificate.  I will soon be ready to swim for my next distance award which is 800 metres.

Here I am with my friends at Four Ways celebrating my friends 10th Birthday.
