About Me!

Hi Everyone,

For those of you who don't know me, I have a very special superpower. I am autistic, but this doesn't stop me having fun as you can see.

This is a blog to remind me of all my fun adventures.

I hope you enjoy looking at it.

The Last Couple Of Months - January / February 2017

I have to apologise for the lack of posts so far this year.

I have had 6 weeks of builders in my home, converting two of my bathrooms.  As you can imagine being autistic this has been a very difficult time for me, with loads of noise, dust and change of routines.

But...I still managed to have lots of fun!

Here's my old bathrooms.

The wall was completely taken down.

Finally completed a new wet room.

I love taking a shower now

The other side of the new wall my new bathroom.

This new bath is so big I can swim in it.  You can run a bath to the exact temperature and depth you want from your phone or tablet, you don't even have to be at home!

Now onto the fun stuff!

Kids Run Free

Every first Saturday of the month I complete a park run.  I always try to improve my distance every month.  In January I completed 5.1 km. In February 6 km.

I really enjoy running.

Next month (March) I will have completed my first card and will receive a bronze t-shirt.
Can you see my Mummy's new car?

A day trip to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London.

Olympic Park home to the London Stadium, The ArcelorMittal Orbit, the Aquatics Centre, Cooper Box Arena, VeloPark, and the hockey and tennis center.  There are also many playgrounds and park areas to explore, which we did.

I watched hockey here during the 2012 Olympic games.  Although the pitch has been moved from it's original location during the games.

I loved London 2012, and remember watching GB win their first gold medal on the TV standing near here.

West Ham Football Club have now moved into the Olympic Stadium.

This bell was rung by Sir Bradley Wiggins at the opening ceremony to signify the start of  the  London 2012 games opening.

Up the Hammers!

Another scarf for my collection.

Can you see the new slide on the orbit?  I may have a go next time we visit.

Winning the player of the week trophy at my weekly football training session.

The National Space Centre, Leicester.

Do you recognize this man?  Tim Peake spent 6 months on the International Space Station.

Astronaut William.

Testing my reaction times.

Orienteering for the first time.  I have since completed a nighttime course as well.

Each Sunday I attend a Rugby training session in association with my local team Wasps.

I love using these at training.

Here I am at the Wasps v Ospreys match which I was kindly given free tickets to after my training session.

I also very kindly attended free of charge the Wasps v Gloucester match  more recently.

Of course I have also been to watch  all the Coventry City Football Club home matches.  Which have included Bolton drew 2-2,  Fleetwood, Millwall, Swindon all losses.

Here's me trying my first CCFC sausage roll.

But we did beat Gillingham 2-1.

We have done very well in the Checkatrade Trophy.  Beating Wycombe in the semi final to advance to the final at Wembley!

Hooray! We're going to Wembley.

Celebrating on the pitch, the stewards allowed us to go on.

This is the line to buy CCFC tickets for Wembley.  6 and a half  hours wait to get tickets!  I managed to wait just over 3 hours, which was fantastic!  We now have tickets to Wembley.

A new football stadium visited today.  The Lamb, Tamworth.

Tamworth V Brackley Town.

The result was 2-1 to Tamworth.

I have watched Sing and the Lego Batman movie at the cinema, enjoying both very much.

I am very proud to announce that I have been nominated for this award.  I will let you know how I get on.

Here I am trying on my suit for the awards evening.

What do you think?
