For those of you who don't know me, I have a very special superpower. I am autistic, but this doesn't stop me having fun as you can see.

This is a blog to remind me of all my fun adventures.

Ticking Off Some More Of The 92 Football Stadiums - April 2018

As most of you know my ambition is to visit all 92 English Football League Stadiums, and here are a few more ticked off  my list.

I am in Nottingham today.  Behind me you can see the City ground, home to Nottingham Forest, but we are not going here today.

We are at Meadow Lane, home of Notts County (7th April 18).

I am part of the 4500 Away Coventry City supporters today. (Capacity 19,841).

I was so surprised today when one of my favorite school teachers was sat right next to me in the crowd!

Play Up Sky Blues!
  It's kick off time.

Unfortunately we lost 2 -1 (Ponticelli 83').
But I enjoyed my Away match experience.

A trip to London on the train.

Nuneaton to London Euston.

A quick stop at Kings Cross Station platform 9 3/4.  Mummy and Daddy tried to send me to Hogwarts!

Then on to our main destination of the day.
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and London Stadium.
Now home to West Ham United.

'Oakley' my school bear is exploring with my today.

A lot of changes have happened to the stadium since the Olympic Games in 2012.  We listened all about them on our personal players during the tour.

Here we are in the tunnel where the players arrive and the media are waiting.

Time for my interview.

Now to the changing rooms.  By scanning the number on any shirt with my tour info device, you can find out and watch clips about the player.

Oakley, wanted to find out about England goal keeper Joe Hart.

Looking at the previous match countdown to kick-off timetable.

Here are the timings for West Ham v Southampton.

Some of the showers.

Here is part of the athletics track.

Oakley wanted to try it out too!

Listening to the story of the 2012 Olympics and touching a piece of the original track.

Winning gold!

Now it's time to head down the players tunnel.

Through our headsets we can hear the cheers and atmosphere of match day.

Out to the pitch.

Giving my instructions to the team.

 I am not impressed!

Capacity 57,000.

Hammers!

Time to explore some more of the park.

The Olympic rings.

Inside the Velodrome.

Great Britain topped the cycling medal charts here in 2012, with 12 medals including 8 golds.

That's so steep!

A day trip around the Midlands, ticking off some more of the 92!

What better to do on a rainy day then go on a driving tour of some football stadiums.

We started in Walsall at the Bescot Stadium. (Capacity 11,300).

I purchase a pin of every stadium I visit.  I have just been in the shop.

On to Molineux Stadium, home to Wolverhampton Wanderers.  Newly promoted back to the Premier League for the 2018/19 season.

 Capacity 31,700.

The shop is massive.  I managed to purchase my pin and a programme for my collection.

My final stadium of today's road trip, The Hawthorns, home to West Bromich Albion (26,850 capacity).

Pin purchased.

Coventry City, more home matches.

A warm match for once verses Stevenage (20th April 18).

We won 3-1 (McNulty 2' 7' Kelly 36').

Coventry City v Lincoln City (24th April 18).  Not so good we lost 2-4.
